Hop On VIP Shuttle Hospitality Partner Program Terms & Conditions

These Hospitality Partner (Affiliate) Program Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern participation in the Hop On VIP Shuttle Affiliate Program (“Program”). By registering as an affiliate, you (“Affiliate”) agree to comply with the terms outlined below.


1. Program Overview

The Hop On VIP Shuttle Hospitality Partner Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to earn commissions by referring customers who book transportation services through Hop On VIP Shuttle using the affiliate’s unique referral link.

Hop On VIP Shuttle reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any affiliate application at its sole discretion.


2. Affiliate Eligibility

To participate in the Program, affiliates must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Provide accurate registration information.
  • Maintain an active and valid payment method.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Not engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading marketing practices.

Travel advisors, travel agencies, concierge services, event planners, influencers, bloggers, and business referral partners are welcome to apply.


3. Affiliate Links

Upon approval, affiliates will receive a unique referral link.

Commissions are tracked through cookies and referral tracking technology.

Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their referral links are used correctly.

Hop On VIP Shuttle is not responsible for commissions lost due to:

  • Incorrect referral links
  • Browser cookie restrictions
  • Ad blockers
  • Customer privacy settings
  • Technical issues beyond our control

4. Commission Structure

Affiliates earn commissions on completed and paid transportation bookings generated through their referral link.

Commissions are earned only when:

  • The customer completes a booking.
  • The transportation service is successfully provided.
  • The booking is not canceled, refunded, disputed, or charged back.

Commission rates may vary by affiliate level, promotional campaign, or negotiated partnership agreement.

Hop On VIP Shuttle reserves the right to modify commission rates at any time with reasonable notice.


5. Commission Payments

Commission payments are generally issued monthly.

To qualify for payment:

  • Affiliate account information must be complete and accurate.
  • Any required tax documentation must be submitted.
  • Commissions must meet any minimum payout threshold established by Hop On VIP Shuttle.

Payments may be made via:

  • ACH Transfer
  • PayPal
  • Check
  • Other approved payment methods

Affiliates are responsible for any taxes associated with their commission earnings.


6. Cancellations, Refunds, and Chargebacks

No commission will be paid on:

  • Canceled reservations
  • Refunded bookings
  • Fraudulent transactions
  • Chargebacks
  • Duplicate bookings
  • Self-referrals

If a commission has already been paid for a booking that is later refunded or charged back, Hop On VIP Shuttle may deduct the amount from future commission payments.


7. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may not:

Trademark Bidding

Bid on, purchase, or use any of the following trademarks or variations in paid advertising:

  • Hop On VIP Shuttle
  • HopOnVIPShuttle
  • Hop On Shuttle
  • Any misspellings or confusingly similar variations

Spam

  • Send unsolicited email marketing.
  • Post spam on forums, social media, or websites.

False Advertising

  • Make misleading claims regarding pricing, services, availability, or guarantees.
  • Impersonate Hop On VIP Shuttle.

Coupon Abuse

  • Promote unauthorized discounts, coupons, or promotions.

Self-Referrals

  • Book transportation services for yourself using your own affiliate link.

Cookie Stuffing

  • Use any technology intended to artificially place affiliate tracking cookies without the user’s knowledge.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.


8. Marketing Guidelines

Affiliates may:

  • Share referral links on websites, blogs, and social media.
  • Include referral links in newsletters to subscribers who have consented to receive communications.
  • Promote Hop On VIP Shuttle through ethical marketing methods.

Affiliates may not:

  • Represent themselves as employees of Hop On VIP Shuttle.
  • Create websites that appear to be official Hop On VIP Shuttle websites.
  • Use copyrighted materials without permission.
  • Use deceptive advertising tactics.

9. Intellectual Property

Hop On VIP Shuttle grants affiliates a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use approved logos, banners, and marketing materials solely for promoting Hop On VIP Shuttle.

All trademarks, logos, service marks, and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Hop On VIP Shuttle.


10. Relationship of Parties

Participation in the Program does not create:

  • Employment
  • Partnership
  • Joint venture
  • Franchise relationship
  • Agency relationship

Affiliates act solely as independent contractors.


11. Compliance with Laws

Affiliates agree to comply with:

  • Federal Trade Commission (FTC) endorsement and disclosure requirements
  • CAN-SPAM Act
  • Consumer protection laws
  • Privacy laws
  • Advertising regulations

Where applicable, affiliates must clearly disclose that they may earn a commission from referrals.

Example disclosure:

“I may earn a commission if you book through my referral link at no additional cost to you.”


12. Program Termination

Either party may terminate participation at any time.

Hop On VIP Shuttle may immediately suspend or terminate an affiliate account for:

  • Fraudulent activity
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Misrepresentation of services
  • Conduct that may damage the reputation of Hop On VIP Shuttle

Upon termination:

  • Future commissions cease immediately.
  • Valid earned commissions prior to termination may be paid at Hop On VIP Shuttle’s discretion.
  • Access to affiliate tools and marketing materials will be revoked.

13. Limitation of Liability

Hop On VIP Shuttle shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages
  • Consequential damages
  • Loss of profits
  • Loss of business opportunities
  • Tracking errors caused by third-party technology

The total liability of Hop On VIP Shuttle shall not exceed the total commissions paid to the affiliate during the previous twelve (12) months.


14. Modification of Terms

Hop On VIP Shuttle reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Continued participation in the Program following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.


15. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.
