Reservations & Bookings
Customers are responsible for providing accurate booking information, including pickup/drop-off locations, passenger counts, luggage details, contact information, and flight or cruise details when applicable.
Reservation confirmations are subject to availability and acceptance.

Hop On VIP Shuttle reserves the right to refuse or terminate service for behavior considered unsafe, illegal, abusive, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate, as permitted by law.
Airport & Cruise Transportation Policies
Customers booking airport or cruise transportation are responsible for providing accurate flight, airline, terminal, cruise ship, and arrival/departure information.
While Hop On VIP Shuttle may monitor flights or cruise schedules when information is provided, we are not responsible for delays, cancellations, schedule changes, port delays, customs delays, airline disruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Airport pickup procedures may vary based on airport regulations and operational conditions. Customers are responsible for maintaining communication with the chauffeur or dispatch team upon arrival.
Failure to contact the driver or appear at the designated pickup location within the applicable waiting period may be considered a no-show.
Waiting Time
Airport pickups may include a complimentary grace period determined by the booking type and airport location.
Additional waiting time beyond the included grace period may result in extra charges billed in incremental intervals.
Customers are encouraged to maintain communication with the chauffeur or dispatch team regarding delays.
Payment Terms
Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking.
Accepted payment methods may include credit/debit cards and approved online payment platforms.
Customers authorize Hop On VIP Shuttle to charge the provided payment method for all applicable fees and charges associated with the reservation, including additional waiting time, cleaning fees, tolls, parking, damage, or approved service modifications.
Fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks for valid completed services may be subject to collection efforts and recovery of associated costs and fees.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation requests should be submitted as early as possible.
Standard reservations canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time may be non-refundable.
Same-day cancellations, last-minute cancellations, and no-shows may result in partial or full cancellation charges.
Hourly bookings, special event transportation, corporate reservations, large group transportation, and holiday bookings may be subject to separate cancellation terms.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
Customer Responsibilities
Passengers agree to:
Smoking, vaping, illegal substances, and disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited inside vehicles.
Alcohol consumption inside vehicles may be prohibited or restricted in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
Hop On VIP Shuttle reserves the right to terminate service immediately if passenger behavior creates safety concerns or violates these Terms and Conditions.
Child Safety Seats
Child safety seats or booster seats may be available upon request and subject to availability.
Customers are responsible for requesting appropriate child restraints during booking and ensuring compliance with applicable child passenger safety laws.
Vehicle Damage & Cleaning Fees
Customers may be held financially responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers during service.
Excessive cleaning resulting from spills, bodily fluids, smoking residue, food damage, excessive trash, or other conditions requiring professional cleaning may result in additional cleaning or repair charges.
Accessibility
Customers requiring accessibility accommodations are encouraged to contact Hop On VIP Shuttle in advance so reasonable accommodations may be arranged when available.
Lost & Forgotten Items
While Hop On VIP Shuttle will make reasonable efforts to assist in locating lost or forgotten items, we are not responsible for items left in vehicles.
Return delivery or shipping of recovered items may require additional fees.
Limitation of Liability
